Graphic Design / Social Media Intern
Global Worship Co. is a worship and creative collective with a vision to be a reflection of heaven on earth—one vision, one voice, many rooms. We gather people from every culture and nation around the presence of Jesus through worship, songwriting, prayer, discipleship, and global partnerships.
We are seeking creative interns who are passionate about design, storytelling, and worship, and who want to use their skills to help establish a global presence for Global Worship Co. on social media and around the world.
Position Summary
The internship is designed for college students seeking credit or units, with a focus on hands-on experience in graphic design and/or social media content planning. Interns will help create and manage visual branding, digital storytelling, and creative content that reflects the vision and values of Global Worship Co.
This internship is unpaid but can qualify for academic credit through your college/university.
Key Responsibilities
Option A: Combined Role (One Intern with Both Skills)
• Develop creative designs that align with the Global Worship Co. vision (logos, graphics, t-shirt designs, event branding, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media content strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) that reflect GWC’s mission.
• Create visually engaging content (reels, posts, story graphics, promo material) to help build a global online presence.
• Collaborate with GWC leadership to ensure consistency of branding across all platforms.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative campaigns that connect with a global audience.
Option B: Two Separate Internships
• Graphic Design Intern:
- Create branding materials, logos, merch designs, and graphics for events and online platforms.
- Maintain consistency with GWC’s brand identity and vision.
• Social Media Content Planner Intern:
- Design and schedule engaging content across GWC’s platforms.
- Research trends, hashtags, and strategies to grow global reach.
- Assist in storytelling through short-form video and written content.
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a college/university program (eligible for credit or units).
• Pursuing studies in Graphic Design, Media/Communications, Marketing, Digital Arts, or related fields.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
• Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and adapt creatively to feedback.
• Passion for worship, creativity, and advancing the Kingdom through media.

Internship Details
• Duration: Flexible (Semester, Summer, or Academic Year)
• Location: Remote with occasional in-person opportunities (if applicable)
• Compensation: Unpaid, for college credit/units only
• Supervision: Direct mentorship from Global Worship Co. founder.
